The spanish job market at your fingertips: Textkernel launches Jobfeed in Spain

Amsterdam, 05/23/2018

Relevant and accessible data can make the difference in today’s highly competitive business environment. This is why Textkernel, the European leader in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data solutions for HR, is excited to announce the launch of Jobfeed in Spain. Jobfeed is a searchable online database which gathers and indexes jobs published on Spanish websites in real-time, providing HR professionals with access to lead generation, competitive insight and labour market analysis.

A powerful tool providing easy access to accurate, rich information

Spain is the eighth market with access to Jobfeed, with HR and recruitment professionals in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, the UK and the USA already using the system.

Every day new jobs are collected from hundreds of Spanish websites including job boards, corporate websites, intermediaries and more. These jobs are then automatically categorised, enriched, deduplicated and made easily accessible through an advanced online business intelligence tool.

Jobfeed supplies direct and federated access to online jobs posted in Spain, providing users with the ability to draw a near real-time picture of the labour market. This makes Jobfeed a useful tool for staffing and HR professional alike.

Insight into the labour market

HR departments can adopt Jobfeed to track the competition’s recruitment behaviour and benchmark their company’s position in the market. Thanks to its “Analytics” functionality, Jobfeed can help support strategic decisions backed by valuable labour market information compiled over time, uncovering trends in the Spanish recruitment market. As an example, Jobfeed users can gain insight into the prevalence of a specific technology emerging in the market. They can then receive a detailed list of companies already looking for skills related to this technology, as well as a list of sites used to publish jobs related to the technology.

More business for staffing agencies

Staffing and recruitment agencies can take advantage of Jobfeed’s data to accelerate their business acquisitions. Researching a prospect’s hiring needs before contacting them, or identifying hard to fill jobs, is now possible with just a few clicks. There is also no need to browse through hundreds of job boards and career sites to identify potential clients; Jobfeed can provide new business leads every morning directly to the consultant’s inbox. With Jobfeed its easy to monitor the job market in real time and react almost immediately to the hiring needs of existing and potential customers.

Improved outplacement services

Jobfeed can prove very useful as an outplacement tool. Outplacement managers (or jobseekers themselves) can access hundreds of thousands of job postings, which are easily searchable through powerful semantic search, through a single platform. Insights given by Jobfeed’s aggregated data can guide jobseekers through their next career move while their activity on the platform is automatically monitored.
